I'm a returning customer. Big promises were made to me (by another company) that my site would be modified to my satisfaction (each month if I liked) for a set fee, if I contracted with them for 2 years. It wasn't ever done to my satisfaction, they didn't even attempt to make the changes each month and then they locked me out of my site and sued me when I wouldn't pay for non-performance.
